So with this torn ligament the constant motion of push and release gas pedal, then on off brake pedal is a big no no because it will never heal.

when the dr says no driving you go hmmmm. Then look around and find an old set of crutches and do this in a half hour.
Its on a pivot point, adjustable with the buttons and spring returned.
Left foot is factory for braking.

I am really sorry to hear of you ailment... I have lately had a bunch of people in my life as of late being sick, terminal illness and other bodily harm... its kinda getting to me...

As much as I find that a very cool and in the spirit of us here......I hate to inform that It might contravene the NY state law... for such a use of a device without endorsement on your license....
I had worked for a mobility aid company when I was younger... it was explained to me all the installations had to conform to specific regulations and the operator had to be instructed in the use of said equipment....aswell as the approval by our licensing body.....

I am going to be ordering the tommy copper type of socks or plantar fasciitis things they have, i have to wait for the tear to eventually heal before i get the proper stuff like the overnite boot.
