Whangarei rep!

i built one for my mate and i think hes in one of these vids on youtube, nylon wheels and bmx frames, they slide real good, he took them down parahaki mountain, insane and they dont even have a motor!

[MacfarlaneRacers]

THERE GOIN FASTER THAN THE CARS AND TRUCKS !!! (in 2nd vid)

[Doc Sprocket]

I gotta admit, that looks like absolute TONS o' fun! Somebody took the "Big Wheel" concept and developed it into a high speed sport. Where was this stuff when I was young and insane?

They're a little short on safety gear, and if those are public, open roads then that's another wee problem, BUT-

It's fast, it's fun- even environmentally friendly! (Yeah, I know- I'm on a Go Kart forum, where 90% of everything is powered by an evil, internal combustion engine, including my own junk).

[irunktm]

wtf, in the second video that guy dosent have shoes on, that would hurt to crash

[Krustalien]

This isn't exactly drifting but it's faster! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRD8AUg2ApE
