Did you give them shaft center to center measurement? Secondary diameter measurement? Because if you didn’t give them either one how would they know which one is correct?

yep I gave them center-to-center and second-diameter measurements I also had to tell them if my second diameter was asymmetrical or not.

Your original picture show an asymmetric driver and a symmetric driven so no belt is going to work for very long based on the driven unit. By the way the driven unit is also facing the wrong direction it should be inboard mounted.
