DOH! of the day....

We all have them. Those moments when we slap our foreheads and the unsolvable mysteries turn out to be so simple, that it makes you feel like an idiot....

Whether a misplaced item....an engine that won't start...(that's either out of fuel or kill switch or fuel petcock turned off....)....post up here! (It helps to vent.)

It'll make you feel better, and everyone else to know they're not alone, as it happens to all of us.

I'll start it off on a smart phone camera dilemma in a bit!

Soooo....I seem to have penchant for destroying Smart phone camera lenses...the first one....definitely a DOH! The second, just a bit bizarre.

The first one was a "Young One with a Manco "goes to the gallows phone ....(maybe two or three people will get that...but, I couldn't help myself! )

Anyway, I put it on the armrest on my recliner next the wall while charging...and it frequently got knocked off between the armrest and wall. Well...it took me awhile to figure out how the camera lens got damaged until....DOH!... by sliding down the textured wall!!!!!!

Sooooo......being that particular cost more to replace the lens than get a new phone, that's what I did....

Sooo...with the new phone, I was very careful with that issue, yet my lens got destroyed! (Got a new lens cover coming... )

So, it's a little hard to describe, but the case I have for it has a magnetic flap....well...as you can see in the pic....(shown on the outside for clarity) ...a little washer was on the inside of the case...and I didn't know it was there. I always put my cellphone in backwards to protect the screen....but that put the camera lens right there with the hidden washer..

My wife has those moments everyday. Mostly looking for her phone, then she calls her phone and it is either in her pocket or her hand.

LOL.... my ex is getting ready to make that mistake for the third time in a few months....don't know whether she's gonna invite me to the wedding or not....

I hope she will....I'll wear a dress and catch that dang bouquet....(I'm getting desperate! )
