Just picked this up off an app for 50$ half the price of the motor that came with it. Was hoping i could get an Id on it so I can start hunting down parts. The kid made it work(kinda) I would like to make it right any inputs greatly appreciated thanks -will

looks like a nice vintage race kart
(means: remove that engine quick! it's an insult to the chassis)

And since last kart was identifyable via it's rims.. maybe give us a peek on them as well
(unless they're plain pressed steel which the tyres suggest)

Check all "hidden spots" like the inside of the spindle brackets, the rails near/under the seat and the bearing retainers for numbers

A lot of race karts have numbers on the master cylinder mount. It would be worth a look.

I will upload pictures after work I have looked everywhere on this cart for any kind of serial number markings but it has 20 layers of paint on it after it sandblasted maybe I’ll find something as far as the rims go they are not the original rims and I’m sure it’s missing quite a lot of original parts because it has no breaks no master cylinder but has the same connecting points as my Phantom as far as motor placement goes I understand how ridiculous that is they used aluminum angle metal it has so much slop in it they couldn’t get the chain to stay on that’s why they sold it to me for so cheap Motor will be placed in correct spot when I’m thru with it .
