Trying to find out if this kart is home made or not. Also, this is the only picture I have of it and it's not mine, yet.

I think I saw that go kart at a bar one night. I think it's name is Bob, but I'm not sure it was a long time ago. He was making an axle of himself and they threw him out. :roflol:

Yeah boy.
Couple of hundred right there just in wheels.
If you're gonna run that kart hard, pull those wheels and put some others on , you don't want to tear those up.

So, these wheels are worth something? Should I leave them or paint or powder coat these?
Kelly says they are worth hundreds. I would leave them. AND I would sell them, to someone on this forum or the vintage karts forum that appreciates them. You would have the money to finish the rest of the kart. You paid 50 bucks! score! Post a close up pick of those wheels so the experts here can see what you have.

I will get a better picture of them tomorrow and post it. A quick look I did at the wheels, they didnt seem to have any damage to them.

Those are Go Power wheels. Worth a bit to vintage karters... or me.. who might put them on something rather unique.

Your call really. I'd love them personally but if you choose to put them on Ebay... you might get quite a bit.

Curious, what sizes are they? Read us the tire sizes there.
