Does a spark make a difference?

So I was looking for a spark plug for my engine and came across an E3 spark plug. https://www.amazon.com/E3-Spark-Plugs-E3-111-DiamondFIRE/dp/B01JLYM1FC
This one specifically. Will it really make a difference with a 196cc engine with no gov, open exhaust and 22mm Mikuni. Or should I go with an e3.22 or a NGK.

The only thing the e3 and the like plugs will do is make your wallet lighter. Stick with a high quality plug like NGK and you can not go wrong. Stay away from the “fancy” plugs.
