I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to complain about being skinny. It's kinda like complaining that your shlong is too big.

:roflol:

Although it is nice to be able to eat anything and not gain a pound, a little more upper body strength would be nice.

If I had a nickel for everytime I complained my junk was too big...
...I'd still be broke:cheers2:

Everyone (mainly my wife) complains when I moan about being too scrawny. They don't get it! I hate being able to hide behind a signpost and not be found for weeks! I'd LOVE some mass!

Chalk it up to a quick metabolism. I can eat like a starving rottweiler and not gain anything. I used to go to McDonalds and order a combo with 2 extra double quarter pounders on the side, and still manage dessert!

Last year I quit smoking and gained ten pounds, but couldn't figure out where. (wasn't my junk. :censored:) I have since started again (yeah, I know) and lost the weight. I don't miss it, 'cuz I never found it!

My bass player used to say that when I stepped into the truck, it would actually raise up a bit...

I bought that hat and IceWear jacket in Iceland. As a matter of fact, this pic was taken there this summer. We were walking around some of those lava chimney things.

On a side note, I was 100% sure Anderkart was about 19, I have no idea why...

I figured he was in his 30s or 40s

i dnt have a pic to post. but im 15, 5'11", and about 150. i have to keep my weight around there because im on my highschools crew team. im in the lightweight boat so 150 is the cut off...i also plan on being recruited for Rowing at Princeton and they are actually looking at me as a soph which is pretty sweet

As for workouts...Ergs(rowing machine), bench press(at least your own weight iff you are pretty fit. i do 165 about 5 times) and pull, curls(half your weight), squats(around 40-60lbs more than you), push ups, crunches, lat pull downs, pull-ups, leg press(around double your weight...300lbs 10 times x 3 sets is ok), core circuits, etc are all workouts i do and can get you pretty strong.
(i like working out/training and if anyone needs a few exercises :))

sounds like a long workout schedule, all i have to do is climb, the best (maybe only) practice for rock climbing, is climbing:D i suppose i could do a few chin ups, or a bit finger strengthening, but thats about it, and i'm not doing stuff that hard... yet :wai:

well i have all my time dedicated to building, crew, my band, school(not so much), and now my new girl :). so theres alot of time for working out...especially when you drive to Princeton for three saturdays in a row to get you jacked haha.

but yeah climbing sounds pretty sick. im kinda scared of heights so not my thang haha

Ive actually built a decent bit of muscle from auto tech. Lifting 30lb wheels 6 feet in the air to put em on a car. One day we put new tires on a hummer H2. Took 3 people per wheel to get back on.

While my classmates roll tires around, I actually pick them up and carry them. Why not kill two birds with one stone?

I think I had that thought the last time I found myself laying on my back, bench-pressing a transmission into place. The other thought I had resembled, "Oh Holy &^%$ this is REALLY going to &^%$ing hurt later!!!"
