Friends gokart broke the stock junk 2 piece sprocket. So I found a 60T 3/8" pitch sprocket. Problem was it had a 3/4" bore, and I don't have a broaching tool. So I took a smaller sprocket and removed the teeth cause it had a 1" bore and proper size key way and went to town lol.
DIY all the way
Tell me what ya think. And don't mind the mess haha been busy. I done this all in my garage. Thanks to the help of my lathe.
I'm a licensed welder that's why the welds are so nice lol.
