DIY Sprocket.

Friends gokart broke the stock junk 2 piece sprocket. So I found a 60T 3/8" pitch sprocket. Problem was it had a 3/4" bore, and I don't have a broaching tool. So I took a smaller sprocket and removed the teeth cause it had a 1" bore and proper size key way and went to town lol.
DIY all the way

Tell me what ya think. And don't mind the mess haha been busy. I done this all in my garage. Thanks to the help of my lathe.
I'm a licensed welder that's why the welds are so nice lol.

GIMME YOUR LATHE. GOD I wish I had a lathe. Try making a tank track system without a lathe or mill machine.

I've made so much stuff on it. Even a clutch alignment tool when I ran into a pinch at 10 pm lol

Use to have a complete machine shop at one time 48 foot center lathe with power feeds a big old stanko 45 HP mill horizontal bore table from Boeing drills a lappers you name it lost it all when the recession hit. Now I do everything by hand tools or off the shelf parts. God I wanna win the lotto so I can get my shop back then you ll can come see he toys I build then.

Nice welds. I have that same welder 150 STL? I cant say the same about the welds though, (yours look great)!
