DIY go kart axle problems!

so i bought a go kart off craigslist for about 200 bucks!DD i got a great deal i thought until 2 weeks later then engine blew up so i purchased a harbor freight engine as well as a new clutch. little did i know the guy i bought it from welded the wheels on and i couldn't get them off so i was forced to cut them off with a saw. i had a really nice go kart about a year ago (shifter kart) and i put the tires on for about a week and i wanted to put them on this 1 inch axle. so what part or piece would i need (links would be great ) for under 50-75 bucks? BTW i didnt buy the axle and its live a axle.

You could use these hubs for your 1" axle

That type of rim usually has a standard bolt pattern. It would be easier to tell if you posted smaller pictures.
