DIY build off winner 2014 return & update.

It's been awhile since been in here. Well last time being 2014. Before the end though I built and documented twin engine go-kart here. All pics related to build were removed because not right size. It's was sad and I sensed envy and jealously in tone of messages posted in discussions. I recieved more support and help though through majority of the members. In fact recieved best advice here for building the Predator 212 engine. I'm here though today collecting old specs I lost to said built engines. Atleast that info is still available here. I'm looking around to here and check out everyone's cool builds and answer questions myself.

Welcome back! Online discussion forums can be a little rough and I would say there was a bit of a rough tone here in times past, plus a healthy dose of ball busting and abject sarcasm. Agreed about the engine advice, we've had some real pros here over the years and I try to bookmark all those threads for reference when I see them.

If you need any old threads unlocked or anything, please let me know.

Welcome back!!
I loved your build that won you the award!! It was really cool. I don't ever remember pics being removed because they were the wrong size. I know at the time admin asked people if they could attach pics and not add them inline with the post, but we never deleted anything because of it. I remember converting some inline pics to clickable thumbnails at one time though. I am going to go have a look at your build off thread and see what i can see.
