Thanks. Kind of bitter sweet. We live in a Great community and really like it here. Oh well house in Arizona is much nicer and single-story which will be better for my child in a wheelchair.

Ive been through Arizona quite a few times, and grew up in southern Utah. That general area has some of the best country for ATV's/dirt bikes and plenty of dirt roads and trails to ride on. The heat isn't as bad as people make it out to be because the humidity is so low. The cold doesn't feel as cold and the hot doesn't feel as hot because the air has less moisture content. The temperatures swing faster though because of the lack of humidity. Beautiful scenery, amazing sunsets. You will love it.

Yep... I will be moving there just as it hits the 90's I'm sure -lol.
Az does have it's own beauty.
I was doing some dirtbike riding out there before, and I started my ride in the desert like environment and then started gradually going higher in elevation, next thing I knew I was in Pine trees and snow on the ground. It was very cool I've had some awesome spots dirtbike riding out there.

I visited my aunt in Tuscon about 45 years ago, got a picture of me standing under the 'High Chapparal' sign.

Really enjoyed my visit there.
