To bend tubing (or pipe) without kinking it you should use a tubing bender. I believe mysteryboy28 packed his tube (or pipe, not sure which he used) with sand and then used a pipe bender to bend it. I'm pretty sure that this was discussed in the thread previously... That said, finding it within 360 posts would have been a bit aggravating.

How do you get the tubing to bend with out kinking ?

yes, duct tape off one end (criss-cross the tape), fill it tight with sand (fill it about 1/2-2/3 of the way, stomp the pipe on the floor to pack it, fill it up and smoosh it in good), then tape off the top. i generally throw one more piece of tape on the end that i stomped on the floor cuz the stomping tends to put a small hole in the tape.

as long as the tubing is packed good, you won't get kinks. but you WILL still get dents where the tube bender presses against the tubing. a way to avoid the little dents is to make some brackets from slightly larger tubing sliced in half to protect the tubing.
