dingo direct replacement engine?

can anyone tell me if the harbor freight predator 212 will bolt right in to replace my techumseh 6.5? I cannot get this motor to rev up, so thinking cheaper in long run just to replace.

Not sure on the Predator but the blue clones tank hit the seat bar on the dingos. You nay need to move the tank.

Probably cheaper in the long run to buy some lemon juice, boil the carb and replace all seals/ gaskets. Or buy a new carb for $30 or so.
Predator = $99 at best plus possibly mounting or alignment issues.
