Diesel Kart Build

How would I go about making a Diesel rev higher for cheap? I want to make a coal rolling mud slinging kart but cant afford a turbo or anything like that atm.

You could adjust the throttle but the amount would depend on the rpm that your torque converter is engaged. Otherwise as soon as you start it, it will try to go wether you're in it or not lol

it has a slow rpm of only 2600 and i will turbo it eventualy but it wont engage a clutch at a low enough rpm to get and speed at all and a metric crank shaft so i need to buy a sleeve to make it bigger or buy custom clutch
