Did this kart come with a jackshaft?

I am trying to determine if this cart originally had a jackshaft? Can anyone tell from the pic? Almost think it had to have because the tires are 18". Next question - where can I get a JS kit that will bold on to my setup?

Without more information, it's impossible to tell. Those mounts could've been added later or could've been for a torque converter

you can buy a motor mount plate that has a place for a jack shaft it just goes right on top of your motor mounts you already have.

Judging by the rear swing arm I'd say it did originally run a jackshaft.
