Decent mini bike master cylinder?

Hey folks, just curious if any of you folks have a lead on a decent cheap master cylinder/brake lever? My lines and calipers are good, but there is a crack in my master cylinder housing that slowly is leaking. Bonus points if it has a mount for a mirror, or a lock to leek the lever pulled down (sort of like what snowmobiles have). Thanks for anything help!

VMC chineese parts has a good selection of levers.
I didnt see a hydrolic with mirror mount though.
