I see what you mean. Nowadays, parents are helicopter parents and modern kids see "way too much of them" because they're inside all the time, even though most parents both work.

It'd be like, no TV, no internet (except for school), no PORN!, no hell phones until they're 18 but I'd supply bicycles, mini bikes, go karts, dirt bikes maybe, just so they'll learn some mechanical skills have fun, stay out of the house and not turn into a electronic screen zombie.

I never had a cell phone until I left home for college. It seems now a days kids learn to use phones before they can talk.

There’s always spammers here, some just get through. Wouldn’t want them all stopped, they’re fun to zap.

We are getting very little spam of late, and the mods deal with it pretty fast. Thank goodness it isn't like it used to be after sorting a few settings out

I guess they usually are taken care of when I'm not on I suppose. I see one and I get a bit of anxiety. Least its not like it was early last year. That did not look fun.
