CVT Slip help!

oscaryu1, what part of Houston are you in?
I'm in the Spring, Klein area maybe we could get together and I could try and help you out with it.
I've never dealt with one exactly like that one, but have, and had many karts and mini bikes with CVT setups.

Sugar Land.

I fixed it, but I might as well buy a new CVT. That stamped roller plate is supposed to be pressed onto that shaft. Sheared right off. I did a quick-fix at the expense of MUCH taller gearing... and it worked, but it's an off road ped and now there's no low end :\

how did that change the gearing? you just locked the driver into overdrive?
