please reply ASAP. lol. no need to keep saying that. we are happy to respond when we get a chance. keep the questions coming. someone will eventually respond.

lots of info on kart and buggy steering geometry on the web. just google it. you want some caster, camber, and ackerman. in a dual a-arm setup you want the top a-arm to be shorter than the bottom, it helps with cornering/turning (keeping tires flatter on the bottom for better traction. proper camber helps with that too. caster helps make the wheels focused forward, so that the steering wheel will naturally gravitate back to center - good for higher speed stability! too much caster will make it hard to turn). look at quads - the top a-arm is shorter than the bottom, yet they tend to not have ackerman, which ackerman geometry really improves your turning radius.

I got all that. I dont seem to be getting how will I assemble my tie rods? If the laeding arm goes too down, it will be over casted. If the leading arm goes too up, I will have tons of negative caster

I think 20 inches for the width of the frame of the kart is too narrow. What do you think guys? And what should I add to the base frame to make a safe and kick a$$ stylish go kart?

my dad doesnt look so confident with the tyre size and the engine capacity. Would the 9 horsepower engine be able to pull 20 inch tyres and the frame when it is by default setup for a 16 inch tyre? My dad thinks that the 20 inch tyres cannot be setup with the kart. Please reply ASAP as this question will decide my part sourcing.

the weight is not an issue. After constructing space frame, its weight goes around 4 to 6 kgs. The bucket will be made out of composite aluminium sheet. So if I go on with the existing setup the rat rod will weigh around 80 kgs. The scoot engine is setup for over 100 kg(take 110 kg max)
