Crossfire 150 with 500cc ninja engine

Oh yeah. I figured out that mine will do about 120mph in 6th gear. I wanted to go with a 750 but I have a total of $65 in this build. Everything I got was pretty much giving to me or I salvaged from a junk yard.

Pics. Changed drive axle idea

Picked up a quad from the scrap yard for 20 bucks. Desided to use carrier bearing assembly to build drive axle.

Got the right side axle finished. Turns real smooth. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Will be strengthening axle at a later date.

Finally off the saw horses

I know the front wheels arent straight. Have to adjust a arms and make new tie rods.
