that would be savage but on a shifter kart, that frame does not look like it could really contain the strain us "push it to its limit" drivers would give it.

something like that..

Im still kicking myself in the butt..

last spring when i was looking for a quad i came across something like this, only much smaller.. engine n everything was there, jsut needed a bit of wiring finished up.. it was much smaller scale tho, but a great engine in it..

it goes back to when i was worried about fitting in such a thing.... it was 2000$

i'll always regret not getting it.. specialy since the quad i got is broke down after a a few hours to a day of riding.. dont think its survived more than 2 days in a row.. guess i jsut ride too dang hard..

but the trails.. they jsut pull youinto it.. you cant help but fly along at your absolute limit, and then some.. hehe.. god i love it up here.. too abd i have to live in town and deal with the ppl tho.. cant wait till im done my apprentiship and can afford an acreage or something.. preferably closer to fun places.. hehe

Ive seen that rig before, its pretty sweet! probably cheaper to just buy a turbo Drakart though. and i want something smaller, something sae sized. tell you what i really want, one of my mentors trucks and his shop. . . . Dan Baudoux, he owns dans off road. oh my god. look him up on youtube, he's from michigan, races corr trucks, prolly one of the few drivers and shop owners that isnt a d**k. taught me alot, basically the only reason i knew what the hell i was doin when i designed the baja.

GM came out with a turbine or jet engine or soemthign years ago..
they built 50 cars.. they could run on anything from deepfryer greese to tequila (The brazilian presidant had one, and ran it on tequilla lol) all with jsut a few tweaks and settings..

problem is, ppl were so used to how a gas engine operated, they tried to run it as if it was a gas engine.. only real fall back that i know of.. lol..

something like only 60 moving parts vs the like 300 or so on a normal gas engine..

there are deffinate advantages to be had for sure..

I dunno, i read about it all on wiki one day.. ahah.. guess theres only like 2 of the cars left, in museums or something...

Ok, so I've decided that I NEED to build one of these:

With the multi-fuel engine, it will run on **** near anything, from straight diesel, to a mix of filtered used motor oil and gasoline, used ATF, waste vegetable oil, etc.
Gets 10mpg and goes 55mph, pretty much on par with what my F-100 does.
And it is plain badassery. Any small vehicles that don't heed a blast from the air horns and the single finger salute, can simply be run over.

My tech teacher bought a deuce and a half. Top speed of 55MPH, multi-fuel engine, 166 HP, IIRC, but it could rip a house off its base. The thing is sweet, he runs a bar hopping route in the summer and hauls crap for $$$ using it. He brought it to school claiming his Impala wouldn't handle in the snow. So the whole class went on a "field trip", he still has the rifle racks in the front, it's awesome!
