Craiglist find, Worth it?

Found this engine on my local Craigslist. Looks to be in good order. But not being a motorcycle person I have no clue how to make it run. The link is below for the engine. Thanks, B.

If you can get him down to 65-70 I would go for it, although it is quite a small engine. I do not think it is CDI (although it could be), so it should be fine to wire up.

i think its 2.5hp. my 50 makes like 4hp im guessing.

Looking at the engine it seems to have more wires than my current engine does now. And I doubt a just find the black and red wire and hook it to a battery. I found more information about the engine on this page.

It appears as though everything needed to start comes with it.
