well, the karts mostly done, i need to run heat cycles and put in some antifreeze and figure out how to bleed the head of air which i was hoping someone on here would have an idea? any help? and just saying, i would not recomend building any 500cc shifter kart, mabey an off road kart would be okay, but everything about this kart is difficult, when bump starting it needs to be towed by a car or 4 wheeler, just cant push it fast enough to get it to turn over and when it does go its so **** fast that unless you have several hundered feet of strait road its almost pointless, but its one hell of a few seconds. the acceleration is absolutely the most brutal i've ever experenced, and i've riden in a lot of muscle cars like a 650hp chevel. it is insane and i cant even rev it yet because its all rebuilt motor. If anyone reads this whos looking to build a shifter kart, use a 125 or 250 at most. 500 is just too **** much, and i'm a total adrenalin junkie and for me to say that is alot. I'll post pictures and hopefully video soon.

I run a CRF450 Honda on my dirt oval Kart . Heavily Mod'd ultramax off set frame . Ran last week end with UAS Unlimited All-Stars open class at Perris Ca. 1/6 mile track . There were some very trick karts from Ca. Wash. Oregon and AZ. Dual taters V-twin's singles and my big daddy engine . I Qualified #8th started third row from the end of pack 17 karts in the main . Ended up in Second place . Burris tires on three corners plus a Hoosier on the RR . My very home built Kart , lots of Ebay buying for parts and pieces . Frame was a Ebay buy $112 Engine also a Ebay buy .
