Assuming your kart really is one of the Coyote brand models...

Coyote could probably sell you the correct nerfbars, if you send them some frame pics and accurate measurements of your nerfbar mounts. You'd just need to Measure the distance across the frame in both the front and rear mounting locations, and then also tell them the length the nerfbars need to be. (measured from the center to center points of the mounts)

Plus be sure to tell them you want Sprintkart style nerfbars made for installing sidepods, not for a body.

Then you could buy your sidepods from any racekart shop you want. Most all of them are the same size and universal fit, you just drill their mounting holes to match the bolt pattern of your nerfbars

So I sent them the pictures and details, and... got nothing, but I know it's in fact a coyote because the spindles are bolted to the chassis vs welded. Anyway, I was thinking that idea of hammering a regular nerf bar and drilling a hole isn't a bad idea. If anyone has nerf bars for a sprint side pods and front bumper, in northern VA, please contact me, I have already posted something on CL, but no responses. Thanks for all the help guys, I'll post pics soon once the chassis painted, it's cold outside, so not much can be painted :mad2:

Sorry it took so long, but I finally found bodywork and nerf bars. I ran into a problem, the new ends of the nerf bars don't match up to the mounting tab, and the other ends barely fits without a hammer, so I'll do that later when I paint it in the Spring. Here are some pictures, Thanks guys.

You could try modding those nerfs to fit:

1- You could make the rears fit into your frames mounts better by simply grinding off some of the chrome.

2- Then you could try re-bending the correct angle into the front of your nerfs by first packing that area with sand to help avoid kinking the tubing. Then you could extend the front of your nerfs by sliding a section of over-sized tubing over the outside and securing with a bolt and locknut. Then flatten the outer ends of your extensions and drill a hole in each to fit the front mounts on your frame.

You could use stainless steel tubing for your extensions, then use metal polish on them to look fairly similar to chrome, or just use steel tubing and paint em.

You'll probably crack the chrome bending the front of your nerfs. Maybe you could slide your extensions on far enough to hide it, but if not you could file/grind the damaged chrome off those areas and touch-up with paint too.
