That’s a good album. I never bought it but listen to it whenever I want on youtube, no ads. I’m sort of a summertime sporadic fan of Tool, especially of their older stuff. Didn’t know that about the syringe.

Have you had your booster shots yet?

Confuses say, “Never argue with an idiot they will beat you down with experience.

You’re more experienced than I, that’s why I never argue with you. Thanks for the reminder.
It’s Confucius but Confuses just seems to work so well. :)

Confucius say, “man who run behind car get exhausted”

Booster shots? Ha. Never got the first one.
I dont watch TV.
I don't go to the doctor.
I dont wash my hands every 5 minutes.
I dont use hand sanitizer.
I eat expired dated food.
I dont take designer medication with a death sentence side effect list.
Yet I rarely get sick.

I did catch Covid though.
Laid in bed for a week.
It sucked but got better.
Never took a test for confirmation.
Haven't been sick since, and it was like 10 years or more before the last time I was down for anything.

My sister on the other hand, takes stock in lysol and hand sanitizer.
Someone in the house is down with something on a weekly basis.

We laugh at some people we take rock crawling. Something breaks, we get it fixed, greasy hands eating lunch sandwiches, lay the sandwich on the hood, pick it up, keep eating.
They are in shock. How can you eat that.

Yep WTR, same here. Although when I got sick in 2021, my employer made us get tested at the plant. Had a fever for a couple days that sucked, but was completely fine after 3-4 days. Work made us stay home for 2 weeks. At least it was paid. lol.

One thing is for sure, handsanitizer and skin lotion companies made a KILLING during the whole scamdemic. Lotion doesn't work for my hands at all. What I have found is wearing nitrile gloves and making my hands sweat, keeps them from drying out.

I think the mask makers, especially the “boutique” ones, either hand made or mass produced with patterns and slogans printed on them, made more of a killing. It was such a mandatory item for daily life. As for hand sanitizer I think you could just choose to rely more on soap and water and never put hand-to-surface-to-mouth.

Kudos to Budget Go Kart who created this thread. He’s a younger fella I think and he mocked it from the get-go. Wasn't fazed. The replies showed a lot of concern and worry for it was a very doomy and gloomy time, understandably.

I’m just reminiscing here and using it as a tool for remembrance. Sad to see some of the members who replied then are no longer active. Covid killed the forum a little. 🙁

The amount of Copium from Georgia is hilarious.

But yeah, we were duped pretty hard. January they said masks were ineffective because most people don't know how to use them and honestly they didn't prevent much water droplet stuff. Then feburary or march they were like, all masks are effective, despite multiple independent studies that contradicted it.

If I could go back in time, I probably would have just quit my job. They were being such stickers with masks and getting the vaccines.
