I lost 2 friends and 2 family members to that fake disease. I did get the jab and got the Rona twice, but not nearly as bad as some of my co-workers who didn’t get the jab. I work in a hospital.

Man do I have an axe or 6 to grind with you on the Durango and Grand Chrokees. Brand new off the transport truck, the A-pillars on both sides on a couple Grand Cheorkees, there were excessively large gaps. Someone had filled them in, mind you very poorly from the factor with spray foam insulation. No idea what became of them, but I doubt FCA would've had the stones to pay us to have them fixed in our bodyshop back then.I work in manufacturing in a large auto pant in Detroit. We were sent home March 17 2020 and were deemed essential workers and returned to work May 17 2020. We were forced to wear face diapers till spring of 2022. My area in assembly(Grand Cherokee and Durango's is what we build), we have about 12 team members on my team and have about 7-8 employees working on one vehicle at a time. They tried to enforce "social distancing" but for some reason the science didn't apply to us!I finally got the Rona in December of 2021. Was sick for 3 days, felt better and they made me stay home for 14 days. My wife got it 3 days after me and she was sick for about 2 weeks(she never gets sick but this one got her). We fell under the government forced vax mandate and thankfully the union stepped in and we were exempt. Wife had to get a medical exemption or she would have been forced also. So much for "my body, my choice". Then all the micro chip shortages and we were laid off off and on for a year. Time off was nice. lol. Thankfully we get sub pay in addition to unemployment so pretty much about 85% pay to stay home.
Sure was some crazy times. IMO, it sure showed us how authoritarian the government can be and how fast people are to give up there rights and comply with it all. Looking back at all the lies and unproven so called science hopefully woke up a lot of people to what the government is capable of. My 2 cents plus a nickel.![]()
Like 2019 or 2020. The gaps were at where the A-pillar and front fenders meet.Kartorbust, how long ago was this? Where were the gaps on the A pillar?
Yep, they are to fancy now.The last good Grand Cherokee was the WJ.
If I remember, it might have been Carlo's pizza, which isn't too far from Sterling Heights. Those never should have passed final inspection or even left the body shop before paint. We install the body harness were I'm at. So don't blame me! lol. We were pushing out about 650 vehicles per shift then, 2 ten hour shifts 6 days a week with 3 Sundays a month split between 3 crews. Starting in 2022 after a retooling we have been running 2 shifts 8-9 hours a day 5-6 days a week averaging around 400 per shift and quality has vastly improved. The supervisors are to blame. We would stop the line in station to fix any issues and the supervisors would come by and start the line and say they will fix it in final. Wouldn't even ask why we stopped the line. That has also changed some since 2022.
The Ram plant is about 10 mins from my house, so I probably know the pizza joint.![]()
Too much French and Italian, not enough American in the design.Yep, they are to fancy now.
