750????? What state do you live in? If you live in Idaho people drive to work in Go Karts. If you're lucky, you may even seen a po-po driving a supped up ATV. Now thats what I call a state!

Either way, illegal is illegal, but you should definitely fight it. The judge will easily reduce that in half, if not more.

I think they should save there quota for people who are doing stuff that is immoral, not something harmless. At least give them a warning.

Have a cousin that was on vice squad in mid town Manhattan.
Used to get shot at, beaten up, held as hostage by dealers & pimps etc. The whole 9 yards. NY a lot safer because of cops like him.
