you guys think if i put a 100cc with a 4 speed i would put in the kart i'm building which is a offroad cart similar to that one it would be enough power?

Maybe, depends if there are many hills around, and your definition of "enough power". Should be plenty quick on the flat if you build it light, and change the gearing a bit.

Those people seem to lack any sort of commom sense, funny because it is not my melon at risk. I am scrapping an old atc 200x for off road buggy($100 i paid), good power for hills as a 3 wheeler so i figure it'll make a decent buggy powerplant without rolling over(frame was haggard when i bought it and one of my buddies added to it) but runs like a champ!
Gears will be your friend on hills.
