controller to throttle wiring

Looks great. At least a sprocket swap is pretty easy. It will be a slow slow jog after the swap though

Haha, I can speed it up... I have a voltage divider on the throttle feedback that is chopping the voltage down about 30-50% right now. After the sprocket swap I can adjust the divider as needed to keep the speed around 6mph or so.

We took it to my parents house with a few acres... definitely needs more torque, if he tried to start in the grass with the wheels turned, it wouldnt go

current rear sprocket is 60T, biggest I can find for a 3/4 bore, 25# pitch is 72T... giving about 20% increase...
Im hoping thats enough, if anyone can find a bigger sprocket, please let me know...

Maybe the bigger sprocket with the extra boost of power will be all you need

I converted the same pedal go kart several years ago. I had to do a jack shaft gear reduction setup to get the low end torque needed.

really hoping the 72T I have on the way is enough... if not I can modify an 80T I found with a little hackery.. definitely dont want to go to a Jackshaft at this point :-!

next up will be a disc brake, per the wife's "request"
