Concession Go kart

Hey guys heres my new go kart. I paid 80 bucks for it so im thinking it was a good deal. Its a concession kart with a 5.5 honda clone engine and dual disk brakes. its really heavy bput the previous ownher said it goes around 25 mph. I have pics of the kart attached.

Edit: When i went to go take a video of the engine running it got stuck and npw it wont turn over!! i have no idea what was wrong with it. I pulled the starter off in the second video to see if i could find out what my problem was but still no luck. I had it running yesterday, the day before, and even today about an hour ago. I am clueless on what to do as of now. HELP!!!!!!!

Update: ok i got the problem temporarily fixed. My dad just pulled once really hard and it started up and we left it running for a while then afterwards it started up fine. ill post a running videp tomorrow. Cant ride it until i bleed the brakes though, my dad says its unsafe

lol it runs all right and revs pretty high. so im happy. i really wanna swap out the engine for something a little more ballsy. i might get a 6hp briggs, but i was really hoping for something like a sled engine.

Probably not in that little kart. How about like a 125 dirtbike/quad engine? That'll have about 12 (IIRC) hp coupled with a gearbox and approx. 9000 RPM redline.

i was checking how this thing was really well built today with dual disk brakes a ridiculously solid frame and 5 massive heavy duty bearings so i thought the upgrade was necessary.

is that 125 engin expensive?

That will probably be good, especially with that premade cradle, but it's $50 to ship and there's a reserve. Check your local CL, I once picked up a Honda XR100 motor for $50 in running condition.

ok i figurred out what it was now. it just means that on ebay if the bidding doesnt meet a certain price that he wont sell it.
