just in the parking lot flat paved no inclines, im actually thinking now a mini bike or chopper they look alot similper and are apparently cheaper. I'm not going to buy a whole kit i can get the stuff seperatly but i don't have any tools to build a frame so ineed to buy a frame some where (maybe ebay?)

If i was you i would look for a used frame. I see them all the time for $100 to $200 and that with wheels and everything but a engine or mini bikes that are fully done for like $300

If you get on the world wide net and go to ebay you can find some frames there too.

ya Ive seen some minibike frames there.

if you want to "drive" i say get something with 4 wheels, then you will be "more experienced" with driving. thats where i learned how to drift and do dough nuts and all these cool things with my car.

Around $100. I am only going to spend around $150 but if you scrounge more parts than I did you might even be able to bring it under 100.

Do you have a town dump? Check for riding lawnmower parts. You can use wheels, steering wheels, brakes, the list can almost never end. I have one that I was going to use for parts, but I'm going to buy all my parts now.
Put an add in the paper, "13 year-old young man looking for parts for a homemade go kart: Scrap metal, wheels, horizontal engine, Etc."
If salvaging doesn't work, do odd jobs for money, and buy the parts.
