comet torque converter 30 series

hello this came off of a yerf dog go cart with tecumseh 6.5hp. was taken off of a running cart. it is a comet 30 series 3/4" crank. i parted cart out and now have no use for it. may need to be cleaned and lubed since it was sitting for a while. does not have alot of use. make me an offer. i can ship it anywhere thru usps or work something out. thanks

Is this a complete clutch, both drive and driven pulleys?
It so what would it take to ship it to 75683?

don't really know but there are flat rate boxes at the post office which you can stick anything in them no matter the weight. about being the driver and driven, i really did'nt think about it. but if you make me an offer i could sell you that too since i won't need it. hope this helps oh and just to make sure you are in coffeville near ore city? just making sure
