This would be a great opportunity for someone with some vision to step up and obtain the rights to carry on with the production of this staple of the karting, minibike, and drag racing sport and industry. It's not like there is any real competition for that business.

I called a retailer looking for parts. He didn't know they were gone for good. He told me that he thought Max-Torque would buy them out.

There are quite a few clutch companies out there that would do well to snap up at least the rights, (copyrights, patents, etc.), to keep making them, if not the tooling as well.
