???? are the bearings in the plate? are they pressed in? Or are they pressed onto the shaft? Help, do I need a new plate assembly?

Normally they are pressed into the plate...

What size engine and gearing have you got in that thing. Sweet ride!!! I am asking because a 20 series is not really suited to beefy rides like this one

It carries 17 hp, comet 20 mandated by the series. Of course we do different things to them. they are a blast to watch and be involved in

Don't you go through belts like anything?? They are only rated for 8HP, so the belts will take a beating
