Coleman KT196 brakes not working

We have a Coleman KT196, bled brakes, new caliber, new master cylinder, new pad and new lines. Bleeding is great but pads/caliber won’t stop the cart at all! Any help at all?!

Aaawww shucks, brakes are over rated. Just kidding! Sounds like you possibly may still have air in the lines. Get a Mighty Vac or harbor freight equivalent and use that to get all the air out. Air is tough to get out of cart brakes. Cars are way easier in this regard.

when I ordered my caliper, rotor I could not get them to grab....bled, bled, and bled like a hemophiliac......no grab
Eventually I realized the rotor I bought ( I bought for the diameter).......was not thick enough to match the caliper....the caliper could not bite that narrow of a rotor. So I pulled out the shoes, and welded a 1/16 inch washer inside each one, that compensated for the narrow rotor. Now they work just fine !
