Green and black colors on coil. Which is pos and neg?

The green one is GND and it must be connected to GND, the black side goes to the CDI.

Are you asking if you are sure? Then surely, you can't be positive. If you were positive that you were positive then you'd surely be sure.

Ya... I'm slipping.... But hey...I also have never seen one of these china motors before....

I had something to say but ended up deleting it and went with the above... More or less... We have been getting a number of these "odd ball" parts question that don't have the common association of the clones we're used to around here... But needing more info right off the bat on stuff like this... Especially when it's generally questioned...

I'd almost think we would need a seperate section for all the china karts and there associated parts(frame types, motor types..) not having a commonality with the NA made(styled) types

Just read something on this..on my fzr 600 diagram black is ground and other colors positive check out diagram for motor you are using

Uhm ..
1) OP is gone (that's why he deleted all his posts)
2) the question is NOT about wire colors but terminal markings
3) terminal markings are unlikely to be found in a wiring diagram
and as a personal note:
4) comparing a quality made motorcycle (Yamaha) with a generic chinese crab eninge (gy6) is blasphemic!
