Hi,

Just go my new Predator 212cc Engine!!!

But,

I can't get the clutch of my Robin 4hp EX13!

Got the bolt off but the clutch won't budge!

HELP!

Is the shaft corroded? Are there any set screws on the clutch hub? Does the Robin have a 3/4" or 5/8" shaft?

Shaft is not corroded.
No set screws.
3/4" shaft.

Drain engine oil and fuel, and block up engine sitting on recoil side (clutch facing straight up). Soak the end of the shaft in penetrating oil (WD-40, Fluidfilm etc) and let sit a day. Oil will soak down and around shaft. Add more oil as needed. Let it sit a few days.

bearing puller if you have one, and lots of penetrating fluid.

gear puller WD-40 and some heat if its being stubborn

It should work with a bearing puller as r_chez already mentioned. If you know what that that is, here is a picture:
