Clutch to Torque Converter

This is about as far as I got today. Ill do alittle more tomorrow. Including reponde back to some of you fellow karters.

WORKED FOR ME! Go for it. You will go pretty quick just won't go very fast until you find the right camshaft suitable for your desires.
despite what they say it Takes more than just valve springs for a fine tune.

Hi FreeRunner, ok here is the low down on my specs on each engine, and engine build log with much help from alot of good guys here.

Harbor Freight 212cc (non hemi)
-ARC Billet Flywheel w/4 degree advance in timing
-RuiXing Carburetor w/140 emulsion tube and .037 jet.
-High Flow Air Filter Adapter and Angled Air Filter
-MOD2 Grind, Predator Core Dyno Cams
-ARC +.020 3.328 Billet Rod
-210FA PISTON Assembly (hemi piston)
-.010" Predator 212 Head Gasket
-Head, Racing, GX160/GX200 Honda
18cc (UT2 Casting)Springs:22lb Valve Size & Type:27mm Intake, 24mm Exhaust, Stainless
-DJ-1100 Ratio Rocker 1.3 ratio
-Autolite AR3910X Racing Spark Plug
-AKRA/WKA Box Stock Header & Muffler Kit

I have heard anywhere from 10HP-15HP @ 20 ft/lb of peak torque.
My own best guess is 12.5 horses and 15 ft/lb!

I need to stand corrected on my valve springs. I already have 22lb springs. Hey I forgot so forgive me.

Couple set backs over the last few days. First the 12 tooth sprocket was just not going to work. Second I tried ordering a 40 tooth final drive sprocket and order was canceled. Tonight I ordered another 12 tooth #41 sprocket from BMI. Fingers crossed!

Kart is Royal Blue now cause I just couldnt find Baby Blue! Waiting on a couple parts to complete so I can get it back together and drive it soon.

Received #41 12 tooth sprocket from BMI really quickly. Though the inner ID measured 5/8 inch I still had to drill it out abit to make it aft. Had to grind down the shaft key a tad as well but it fits finally.

Took off alittle material from the torque convertor backing plate to clear the chain.

Cut the set backing about three inches so it wouldn't be so tall.

Its all coming together finally. In the final stages. Including adjusting the rear sprockets, and then brakes.

I'm only guessing maybe 1 to 8 /1 to .93. Would that be right with 1 to 4 gearing and a torque converter?
