What I am wondering is why would you want a larger clutch sprocket? The larger the clutch sprocket is, the larger the axle sprocket needs to be...

Your not giving us enough info to help you. But we could give you lots of helpfull advice If you post what brand, model and tooth-count of clutch you have, plus also give us some info about your kart, like:

How many teeth does your axle sprocket have?

How many inches tall are your back tires?

What brand/model engine is on your kart?

Whats the approximate weight of your kart, + post the drivers weight (plus post the weight of any potential passengers, if its a 2-seater)

Also post where you ride your kart? (like do you use it for hard core off-roading, climbing steep mountains, or do you only ride it on flat parking lots, or?)

If your not sure what brand/model your clutch is, you could post pics of it.

It would also help us give you better advice if you posted some pics of your kart too

Is that what u would do

. I wouldn't tell any one something unless I've done it, or would do it. If I'm wrong, someone will quickly point it out. You say flat track...... NO need for a huge amount of torque then. Leave you some room for top speed..... 6:1 should be pretty good for your situation.......
I'm running 12" tires with 4.8:1 ratio...... BUT still spin tires cause its a hopped up gx160.....
