I have a thundercart that I been working on and I broke my axl that was on it so I am going with a 1 inch live axl and of course seems like I can only find 16 inch tires to fit the hubs for the shaft I am running a 11.5 hp Kawasaki with a 1inch centrifugal clutch I'm curious if this clutch will work I have a 60 54 and 34 tooth sprocket so basically will this clutch work from what I know it's a heavy duty clutch

Should work fine, but everything depends on gearing. I would go for the 60 tooth, depending on how many teeth are on the clutch.

1. Please try to use punctuation; in all of your posts, there's not one period, making them difficult to understand.

2. At the bottom right of your posts you will see an "edit" button. Please use this as opposed to making three posts a minute apart.

3. Go ahead & upload as many pics to your albums as you like but, most members won't be inclined to go looking for them. Is seems you've figured out how to post pics in a thread, keep it up

You have got to tell us what the tooth count on the clutch is. The 60T would be the only one out the three that you have that will be of any use to you though. Even if your clutch is a 10T, you will only want to use the 60T axle sprocket, as this will give you a 6:1 ratio which is fair. Personally, I would go for a 72 tooth.

We need the clutch tooth count though

Just do keep myself from looking at the ground and to not have to worry about the clutch. I'm modifying the hubs to fit my small tires. That will give me more options with gear ratio and less buying for now. Ill post pictures when it's completed.
