Clutch questions

Hey guys so I've had my go kart finished for a couple of weeks now and it's awesome. The only problem that I'm starting to have is that when I start it the clutch engages and it wants to take off. I have to hit the throttle and it stops but if it sits for a few seconds the clutch engages from the vibration. Is it the clutch? I know I had the chain come off twice and so the clutch takes a beating from it. The outside casing see picture below wiggles. Is that normal?

Did you seize up the clutch from lack of oil? You are oiling the clutch bushing on a regular basis, right?

Do you know how to properly use the clutch and drive in a manner to make sure it is engaged properly and not slipping constantly? Heat is thy enemy.

Whoops no oil. Didn't know I had to do that very often.

If you're an expert, I suppose, you could get by with very little oiling. Start the engine, hop in and drive. Go fast. Lock up those clutch shoes like you mean it. Avoid excessive idling and so forth.
