This may sound lame, But please bear with me as for I am new at this. My Question is : I ordered a centrifical force clutch for my 3.5 hsp briggs engine, It came with a key built on too it and no set screws. How do you mount it, What keeps it on the drive shaft when there are no set screws to lock it down? Thank in advance for any help.

If your crankshaft has a hole in the end for a bolt, you can bolt it up tight and it wont move.
If not, a lock collar may work, or drilling and tapping holes for grub screws.

No threads in the end of the crank shaft and no room to drill a hole, I guess my only option is to order a clutch with set screws. thanks for the help

I have done this with other machines and on large electric motors, use a lower strength locktite glue to hold the clutch on the shaft and only place a small amount at the end of the clutch inner bore where it will be the last place to come in contact with the shaft. To remove, use a torch and slowly heat that area, the clutch tube that slides over the shafting part, where the glue wwas placed. A small amount at the end is easier that if the whole shaft is glued, you wont be able to unstick the whole clutch very easily.

Another Idea, make a chain/clutch guard and have the clearance gap right close to to the clutch. That way it will float and wont slide totally off the shaft.
