Clutch info (Horstman)

This setup was on an old sprint kart hanging on a Briggs. I was hoping to find some info on it. It looks like a Horstman, but the cover doesn’t have the bolt on lip like other Horstman clutch covers. Maybe someone milled this off not sure.
