Just double checking I've ID'd the correct version of my clutch that I acquired with go kart frame.

If I'm correct I have a comet 30 series (Asymmetrical) is this correct?

attached are a few pics of the driver/drive

also from what I'm missing looks to be the

Bronze Bushing part # 200349A

Garter Springs

Washer Spring Loc 3/8

Pilot Washer for 203814 30 Series Clutch

anything else I might need to know or missed?
should I just buy the whole shoe driver assembly (http://www.mfgsupply.com/gomini/gom...ominiclutchtorq30driveparts/200344a-w2.html)? or just the springs?
should they be the blue/white/black ?? whats the difference?

Thanks!!!

My driver is ><
While my driven is >|

Edit: Question is now.. are both my driver/driven the same series? if so can I just buy the asymmetrical fixed sheave to correct my problem

B-Man... there is a difference between 18 degrees and 13 degrees on the outer sheave.

If you paid 2 dollars for a **** lock washer you need to go speak with your local hardware store and make friends.

On the bronze bushing, the newer Chinese bushings stores are selling are a bit of a tight fit, you'll need to sand it to make it fit. There was no difference between series 20-30 on that bushing.

That's one of my complaints about MFG Supply; the have a fixed labor/handling charge whether you are ordering a $.30 washer or $1,500.00 set of bearings. Unless it's a special bespoke piece that I can't get anywhere else, I'll only use them for the big stuff where the handling fee is pretty much an afterthought in the price.

Of course, I've only used them for a vender at work; on my own time I try to source what I need locally. Part & parcel with that, though, is that I know the local industrial market, some of which intentionally refuse to sell to the general public just because they don't want the hassle. That attitude is a lot more prevalent than most people think.....
