Does anyone know what kind of clutch this is?

Its a #35 with a 3/4 bore (shaft).

When I bought a used mini bike the clutch was on the motor.
It has 3 disk, tooth count is 14, but there's only 7. Looks like someone cut and grinded every other tooth, I'm just guessing or maybe it came that way new. Anyone Know?

hmm either a horstman or a buller I'd say..
can't tell not too new as it seems

Anyhow those cut off teeth are not too seldom on some race clutches, (it's called skip tooth sprocket)
at the cost of a chain every race weekend you can buy yourself some more allowance for flex in the chassis
with less risk to pop the chain
which is very welcome on rain or winter setups (where you usually have a very flexible rear end)
when you disassemble that thing you will more than likey find a stamp on the cage as well as on the lever support.

(usually the pressure and clutch plates are also marked.. maybe less telling but still marked ;))
