Clutch, engine, tooth count! Arrrgggghh!

I have a 10 hp b&s engine with I think 3/4 shaft how do I determine what size centrifugal clutch I need my drive sprocket has 54 teeth the back tires are 17in from bottom to top I've searched and searched I don't wanna order the wrong parts. Thanks in advance.

Well a 10 tooth gets you a 5.4:1 final and you might still burn it up. So it either needs a jackshaft or torque converter to be correct and dependable

Problem is With 17" Tall tires you need a gear ratio of Like 7:1.
So With a 54 tooth gear 54/X=7
Meaning you need about and 8 tooth Clutch gear.
Which does not exist. You can get a 12 tooth gear and possibly even 10. But you need get a 70 or 84 tooth axle gear for that to work.

There are other options,
Like a Torque Converter
or
Building a Jackshaft

After all the research I've done I kinda figured my answers to be something like this lol, so torque converter, also my son weighs 190 couple that with the cart weight and big tires I need to be looking at torque converters

Well, we've all seen "girls" like her. They don't take to aging all that well and their supposed place in society when they get a little senior. Either she's a butterface or she's just a cougar, but a top-of-the-line cougar all the same.
