Clutch doesn't engage right away?

Ok guys I've got a few issues. My clutch doesn't engage instantly and my belt is burning up???(almost brand new and is the right size) and also I do need to get springs for the driver clutch and have no clue what kind to get

The tension on the driver torque converter springs are uneven because one of them broke and I ordered a new set the new set wasn't even very tight at all or dipped in a color and I replaced the broken one with the New not so tight spring

I do not know the sprocket count but it's what ever came on it stock, it's a Murray explorer. The tyre height is I think 18"

You are going to have to count teeth for us. No one is going to go do a search for you to find the stock sprocket sizes.

Your tyre height might be a problem, but lets see first what the sprockets tooth counts are
