...of an unknown make, mounted on a 5 hp Briggs 130200, off of a Manco 475. Might be original to the kart. After hitting this speed bump, I did my research on centrifugal clutch removal and dis-assembly but the types used for demonstration weren't as complex as this one. So I'm scratching my head here.
I've got the drum removed. There was a set screw behind the clutch, that is removed. I'm at a loss as to what is holding the inner shoe assembly on the shaft.

#1: Appears to be a dimple approx 1/4 x 1/8"
#2: Installed circlip
#3: Groove where outer circlip (now removed) was installed
#4: Is this a hollow sleeve?
The inner shoe assembly wiggles a bit so I know it's not seized to the shaft, but it does not spin freely with the set screw removed...
#1 seems to be a dimple peened into the sleeve (#4) if #4 is a sleeve.
