Clue me in...Fox Mini Bike?

Anybody have definite thoughts as to what make/model/year this could be?
I won this on Ebay (yet to be picked up) and description was vague. I'm not into mini bikes and can't make positive ID for that reason.
Frame is what caught my attention and price was right.
Engine (Tecumseh) and clutch will be sold/traded as it is useless to me.

Got it home. Not bad shape.
Appears to be mid '60's Fox "Campus Bike".
This currently has a Tecumseh 3 hp Craftsman with diaphragm carb c.1976.
Ones I see pictured on-line have 2½ hp 2 cycle Clinton A400.
I just happen to have one of these engines that I restored a couple of years ago.
Talk about stroke of luck!!!
My patience has paid off.

Dirt cheap. $102.50 and was local pickup. I could have walked to the guy's house and ridden the bike back home. Melville, NY is part of Huntington. Home of Walt Whitman. I pass his house every day on the way to work.

Fox "Campus Bike" (better pics)

A little heavier/larger than I would like.
6 inch wheels
Internal expanding brake
#35 chain
Max-Torque 11 tooth clutch, ⅝ bore
72 tooth driven sprocket
3 hp. Craftsman engine 143.661062 (Tecumseh H30-35312M) and is not original.
Drive ratio- 6.5:1 will be changed to something closer to 5:1.
Last pic is what original engine would have been.
My power plant will be almost triple the power of original Clinton.

I'm assuming part of it is making the exhaust point backwards?

Probably, but not sure yet. Will introduce clearance issues w/clutch unless pipe points in up or down angle. I designed mount so engine can be flipped 180° (call it foresight).
That is, cylinder can be oriented toward rear of bike and intake toward front (ram-air capable?).
Problem is chain may then interfere w/exhaust.
I don't like fact that pipe is so close to (shy of directly over) foot peg. Even a sharp bend rearward w/heat shield may not solve it. Might have to completely re-think this.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I know it can be done...I'm just really tired.

Have the header come out from the engine a couple inches, then have a 90° bend upwards, keeping it close to the engine, then have a 45° or so bend up to the megaphone tip mounted to the rear of the frame. So basically an S shape. Make sense?

Once you are done with this thing I expect to see a wheelie vid.

Unknown at this time. My guess is around 50ish (?) on open road.

Well not so much the muffler but just something similar to that header design would work well.
